It has been a good week but Thank God It’s Friday!!! Please remember my father in law in prayer. As you know he lives with us and has dementia. He has had to have some oral surgery this week and he has not had the best week possible.

It’s after 10:00 pm Friday evening and four of our five grandchildren (minus the youngest) are spending the night tonight. They are presently watching a movie that is not very interesting to me and eating sugar laden homemade snow cones so I thought I’d post something rather than go to sleep in the recliner or into a sugar comma. 

The weather is supposed to be really nice here in Western Kentucky tomorrow and two brothers and myself from Soldiers For Christ (SFC) will be riding in a benefit motorcycle ride for a man who was injured in our community. The National President for SFC called me today and asked that I pray about coming to West Texas to preach a few meetings for him. Brother Chip is also now a Pastor for local bikers in his area, and of course non bikers are welcome too. Selfish me is thinking what a great ride it would be, I’ve ridden it twice before and it’s about 1800 miles round trip. If God gives me a message for them I’ll go, if not I know He’s given me a message for our local gathering. I am presently doing a series on “Biblical Healing” when we finish then we are going to have a healing revival once we know what it really is according to scripture. So far, in the past three weeks we have discovered “biblical healing” is not what most of us has been taught it is.

Well enough of my rambling…..to all a goodnight!!!
