This is my first attempt at this blog business. I have friends who do this and do it well. I will be adding links to their sites as I become more familiar with the process. Let’s have at it!!!

Over the last few years I have been hearing and seeing things that regular Christianity forgot to let it’s followers in on. First and foremost we have been taught to follow our particular breed of Christianity rather than following The Lord Jesus Christ Himself. I am encountering friends literally around the world who are seeing and hearing the same call “to come out of the system of religion” and follow Jesus. I am not anti church, I am however concerned about what has become know as the church. Church is not a meeting, a building, or denomination but church is an alive body that houses that same spirit that raised Christ from the dead.

For 1700 years “Christians” have been basically been doing the same thing, over and over and over. It seems to me the results should be much different. Something should be coming to maturity that looks more like the body of Christ than what is being portrayed. I choose S.O.S. as the name of my blog because it can mean, “same old story”, “save our ship” or “same old sh..” (censored for the holiness or should I say the holier than thou crowd) If in fact I would have finished spelling that word some would have and may even now not hear what the spirit (the spirit of the living God) that lives in me has to say.

I will try and post on a daily basis if at all possible. Maybe just a thought or a quote but something.
